    Hi there,Six months ago, I replaced my 6-year-old PC with a new one Ryzen 7600, MSI Mainboard, RTX4090 + 4K MSI Monitor - G-Sync, and Thermaltake 80Plus 1000W running Windows 11. This machine was great, but unfortunately, it had strange symptoms leading to freeze and crash/restart: 1. Screen flicker, then freeze or crash.2. A mouse click on Chrome or screen or a mouse move, then No 1 or freeze/crash.3. Freeze/crash at the Windows Logon screen idle.These happened periodically, but more frequently over the last a month.     In Windows 11 power-saving mode, clicking the Windows Focus prompt on the lock screen will cause a system crash.

    Problem description: As the title suggests.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Enter Windows 11 power-saving mode.
    2. Click the Windows Focus prompt on the lock screen.
    Expected result: The login screen should appear and after logging in, the browser should automatically open to view content.

    Actual result: The system crashes.

    Device information:

    • Windows 11 version: 22H2 (22621.1413)
    • Device: Lenovo Xiaoxin 14 Pro 2021
    • CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H
    Other information:

    • When plugged in, the system automatically turns off power-saving mode and cannot be turned on manually. The function works normally.
    • When unplugged, turn off power-saving mode and the function works normally.
    • When unplugged, turn on power-saving mode and the system crashes.

    PC Power & Display settings don't function porperly

    Regarding your concern with the Power settings, we suggest that you reset and restore all default power plans to its default settings. Please follow the steps below:

    • Open CommandPrompt as an administrator.
    • Type powercfg –restoredefaultschemes and press Enter.
    • Restart your device to apply the changes.

    If the issue still persists after resetting the power plans, we recommend that you check if your laptop has
    power management tool built for the device by the OEM. If there is, try to uninstall then reinstall it, then check for any changes. In the event that you need an assistance regarding uninstalling and reinstalling the tool, kindly contact your
    laptop's OEM for further assistance.
