How can I view my saved passwords in credential manager?

To view and manage saved passwords in Windows 10, you can use the Credential Manager. Here's how:

1. Through the start menu, open the Control Panel.

2. Go to User Accounts.

3. Click on Credential Manager.

4. In the Credential Manager window, you will see two sections: Web Credentials and Windows Credentials.

5. Click on Web Credentials to view your saved website passwords.

You will see a list of websites and their associated usernames and passwords.

6. Click on the website for which you want to change the username or password.

Click on Edit.

7. Enter the new username and password.

8. Click on Save.

These steps allow you to easily modify or add usernames and passwords for websites saved in Credential Manager.

In Windows credentials, you cannot view any passwords in this section because it saves authentication tokens rather than plain-text passwords. It does not have the same web credentials. You may try the steps provided in the article on the link below to see if you can manage to see your password using the classic interface of Stored User Names and Passwords, to manage saved passwords or access Windows Credential Manager from PowerShell.

Managing Credentials with no password

The CREDENTIAL MANAGER - which, as I am logged in to my laptop - with NO user name / password (I chose to bypass this at build) - doesn't let me view
MY OWN list of passwords !!!
