Windows 10: How can Windows 10 be so monopolistic? I can't even select Opera Mail as a default email...

It won't let me scan my computer and CHOOSE what program I want for default. Opera Mail is not anywhere in the list of installed apps. I've looked everywhere. Strange how choice is taken away from us year by year. Is there any way of overriding this horrible design? I've had this problem with numerous other programs in the past. If it's not in Microsoft's crappy little Store we can't choose it. They deserve to be raked through the coals legally and fined up to their eyeballs for engaging in such clearly monopolistic behavior. If only Bill had more sway. When he ran it it wasn't bad at

Unable to choose Opera Mail as my DEFAULT email in Windows 10. It's simply not an option (Chrome, Outlook, Mail). Opera Mail was my default email in Windows 7. Any Solution?

There is no option to set Opera Mail as default in Windows 10.

I suggest you contact Opera for more information on this.

Yeah it works I just had to follow the steps and had to create a Opera Mail folder in the program files x86 and instal opera mail in that.
