Windows 10: How can you get rid of either a trojan or malware that has completely taken control of...

So recently I discovered a tojan or virus that has completely taken over full control of my laptop and all of the windows system files. I first thought to wipe the hard drive and do a fresh install. This just made it worse and replaced a windows 11 OS with the trojan or virus's own clones copies of the program. Now the OS is honestly trash. Then it got worse not only did this attacker get my laptop but they gained access to the phone I use to have and personal accounts . I have had to completely disassociate my self from any old account use to have.I have purchased a new hard drive and I'm h

Trojan malware

My PC contacted a Trojan malware script and I keep quarantining but nothing's working. My PC is currently malfunctioning and I have no clue what else to do. I also downloaded an Avira antivirus software but it couldn't get rid of the virus either. It's just somehow. Please help.
