Windows 10: How can you push an upgrade thats beyond broken. Update 24H2 obliterated my PC

I am at my breakingpoint, i spent almost14h with a mandatory foodbreak on the same issue after updating to W11 24H2. It fully broke HDR to the point where no colourprofile worked as assigned, the autohdr feature caused the GPU to timeout, Dolby Vision freezes the PC for 5 seconds everytime i swap to the 2nd screen and games randomly crash and microstutter even without any of the new features enabled.After around 7h trying to fix these issues with workarrounds i tried to revert back to W11 23H2,the "go back" option launched, pc restarted, "restoring your previous version of windows", and the sc

There are no currently listed problems resetting version 24H2 of Windows 11 and no specific steps you need to perform, are you experiencing any problems with that insider build that is causing you to perform a Windows reset?

 

Stop Windows 10 Version Upgrade to 1709 push

Well, I followed the instructions for Show/Hide Updates and Windows 1709 is not in that list. I had deleted the executable file, deleted the shortcut and the upgrade still started to push today, then places a new icon on my desktop as well as a new executable
file.

Any other suggestions. So frustrating,

 

Audio is Broken / cant update windows

Thank you for your response. I tried almost everything in this list, and I was able to reenable the sound service, but it was not with any of those steps. However, I still can’t hear anything and it doesn’t say any sound is playing. There is a bit of static
that comes through the speaker but thats it. Any more suggestions? Thanks!
