Windows 10: How can you reset the administration password in windows 8 computer in so I can update...

I recently acquired a couple of windows computer from another person and set them up in my office but the person never said the computer had admin restriction in them, now I want to add other double screens and other peripherals but it ask for the admin user name and password. I try reaching out to Microsoft with no success. is there a way to remove this restriction
