    Suggest you to update PrintArtist software so that you have the latest version and restart the computer to check if that helps.

    • Did you make any changes to the PC prior to this issue?

    • Is the issue specific to this software?

    • Do you have the updated version of this software installed on the computer?
    Suggest you to boot the computer in a clean boot state and check if that helps. A clean boot state will help us to determine if any 3rd party service or application is causing this issue.

    how come my Printartist platinum no longer works on windows 10

    Unlocked Realtek HD Audio Drivers Windows 7 & 8 (With Dolby Digital Live and DTS Interactive)

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
