Windows 10: How did I fix 0x8007000d on Windows 10 Enterprise IoT LTSC 2021

I attempted to update new build 19044.3570 from 19044.3516But it refuses to update and error occured the error code is:0x8007000dSo I used sfc /scannow using the method shown on the Internet. It says it's resolved but I still get the same error....For the second method, I ran dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealthBut this time, another error code 0x800f081f appears and says the Sources file could not be found.I have installation media but it bothered me very much.....For the third method, I deleted SoftwareDistrib..... folderand I re-tried to windows updateSame error.....My last resort i

Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 issues

Just want to share my first experience, installed Windows 10 IoT Enterprise LTSC 2021 on a VM and Embedded Device to check our compatibiliy against LTSC 2019 (1809), two things are serious :

- TapTip no more working, Virtual keyboard do not show up at all (not talking about osk.exe), I can see the service is running and TapTip is running, but I can't see the keyboard- tried most common fixes (Tablet mode tec) but it would come up...

- Activating Embedded Shell Launcher causes a crash on explorer.exe. I tested Shell Launcher v2 but this leads to a endless crash loop of explorer.exe, not sure when it startet (I also installed some Windows updates) but it happend twice ...

So I give MS a bit time to fix the most common issues in 21H2....

 

Can I re-use my W10 LTSC Enterprise 2019 License when in-place upgrading to W10 LTSC Enterprise 2021?

Hi - Can I re-use my activated W10 LTSC Enterprise 2019 License when in-place upgrading to W10 LTSC Enterprise 2021?

I have a workstation running on W10 LTSC Enterprise 2019, I want to in-place upgrade this exact same machine to the newer W10 LTSC Enterprise 2021.

Can I keep using my current W10 LTSC Enterprise 2019 License? Or will it ask for a new license activation?

I already know that Enterprise LTSC 2019 has a longer (extended) support date than Enterprise (not IOT) LTSC 2021.

We are also noticing the screen snip feature is not doing anything either, just like the tabtip. It seems that installing the Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00_14.0.30704.0_x86__8wekyb3d8bbwe.appx or Microsoft.VCLibs.140.00_14.0.30704.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe.appx (depending on architecture), will make things work as if component is missing in current LTSC 2021. You can follow some instructions found here : Win-10-LTSC-21H2-Clip-and-Snip-fix. Some other people found that installing the Microsoft Store also solves some things since it is also requiring that same VClibs dependency (as exposed here: windows_10_ltsc_2021_touch_screen_keyboard_fix ).

From what I see, LTSC 2021 is expected to be on par to Feature Update from 21H2 but there are some caveats since some of those features are not working out of the box. I find it weird that community have found "easy" fixes for that in the past months, almost as soon as LTSC 2021 came out, and Microsoft did not provide any official fixes as far as know (LTSC 2021 iso file on My.VisualStudio.com download still dates from Nov 16 2021).
