Windows 10: How do a clean-up a you-tube transcript

Most you-tube videos have a transcript of what was said in the video when you click on the vertical 3 dots. I want to keep the text and you can "toggle' the timestamp on it before you copy/paste it into word

But I'm left with a narrow transcript because it uses the line/paragraph break at the end of each line. The symbol that looks like a capital P backwards standing next to a 1

I want the text to fill the page across and not just a tiny column. I used to spend hours erasing all those marks so the sentences would come together. Now I've spent hours trying to figure out the shortcut that WORD uses to do this in a couple steps. Do you know the steps to do it? I've tried repeatably so I will need step-by-step instructions. I couldn't find the show/hide button I may be working on a old version of WORD.

Transcripts of chat conversations

a few weeks ago a technician sent me an email containing a transcript of the chat that we had had.

today, when requesting another transcript i was told that it was not policy to do this.

could it be that the conversation revealed an admission that Windows 10 people app would not allow groups in a list of contacts?

To my knowledge the CHAT TRANSCRIPT is not AUTOMATICALLY Downloaded and Saved to your COMPUTER.

You have to INVOKE this action yourself.

• When you use it next have a look in the CHAT SESSION WINDOW if it has the OPTION to SAVE THE CHAT to your COMPUTER.

If the above option does not exist .

• I would use COPY and PASTE to a NOTE PAD or TEXT DOCUMENT and save it.

• Use the SNIPPING TOOL in WINDOWS 7 to capture the screen.

If you use the SNIPPING TOOL read its instructions.

Start SNIPPING TOOLS.

You will see a WHITE ? MARK in a small BLUE CIRCLE.

• Take a SCREEN CAPTURE of the DESKTOP while the SESSION is OPEN.

WINDOW 7 has the ability.

There are probably a multitude of other ways as well, as for example some form of App.
