Windows 10: How do a stop taskbar items/windows from sticking together?

I have a problem that is driving me crazy and I can't figure out how to fix it. I work for a call center from home and my employer recently changed the way we open our workhub system that we use everyday. They moved it from IE to Google Chrome which isn't that big of a deal. However, the issue I am having is that we have two monitors and I keep that system open on my second screen. I also have to keep my work email which is link to google gmail open all day along with some other chrome tabs. I open the necessary tabs up in one google window and it stays pulled up on my second monitor as well

I suggest you to change the Screen Resolution and check if this helps. Follow the steps below to do the same:

• Press ‘Windows ’ key on the keyboard.
• In the search box, type Settings
  
• SelectSystem > Display > Advanced display settings.
• Under Resolution, select a new value. We suggest you stick with the resolution marked
  "(Recommended)”.

Also try locking and then unlocking the Taskbar and check if this helps. Follow the steps below:

• Right-click an empty space on the taskbar.
• If Lock the Taskbar has a check mark next to it, the taskbar is locked.
  
• If it does not have a check mark, click Lock the Taskbar.

I would suggest you to change the desktop themes and check if you are able to see the transparent taskbar.

If that doesn't help I would suggest you to end the explorer.exe and restart it and see if you are able to see the transparent taskbar.

Please follow the steps below to restart explorer.exe:

stop and start Explorer.exe

    Right click on the taskbar and select task manager.
    
  • 
    In the process Right click on windows explorer and end the task
    
  • 
    Restart the task by clicking on the file and select new task
    
  • 
    Type Explorer.exe and press enter.

Excel file sticks to Taskbar

I pinned one Excel file to the taskbar. Despite I click on "Unpin from this list" icon, it keeps sticking to the taskbar. I pinned another Excel file to the
taskbar and unpinned it easily. Thus, this is the only Excel file affected. Help me to unpin it
