I recently accidentally downloaded an unsafe .exe file but didn't open it, deleting it from my downloads folder quickly after and removing it from my recycle bin. Even since then Windows security keeps saying there may be threats on my computer. Despite several quick scans, 3 full scans, and a Microsoft Defender offline scan, nothing has been found. Sometimes it does find something but all it shows is the .exe file that I deleted, showing it located in my downloads folder at 11:04 and recycle bin at 11:05 of yesterday.

    :)
