Windows 10: How do get my Credential Provider V2 to use a Circular Logo?

I read the Credential Provider technical reference and did a lot of trial and error testing and it just seems impossible to get Credential Provider to use a circular logo despite the technical reference saying that it is possible. Right now, any transparency I give it replaces the transparency with a white background. I did figure out how to change the color of the background and in doing so I looked up the source code to find what function that was displaying the logo that was a while ago, I don't remember which one now and it seemed that because of the function that was being used, the alp

Unable to open credential manager in Windows 10

This issue might occur due to the Credential Manager Service.

Let’s check if the service is started or not. Follow the steps provided below:

• 
  Press Windows logo Key + R key.
  
• 
  Type services.msc.
  
• 
  In services windows, search for
  Credential Manager Service.
  
• 
  Double click on it.
  
• 
  Click on stop button and restart the computer
  

Let’s start the service again and set it to automatic.

• 
  Press Windows logo Key + R key.
  
• 
  Type services.msc.
  
• 
  In services windows, search for
  Credential Manager Service.
  
• 
  Double click on it.
  
• 
  Click on start button.
  
• 
  In the startup type change it to Automatic.
  
• 
  Click on Apply and OK button.

Network Credentials

Hi Sammy,

To assist you better regarding your concern with network credentials, have you checked the Windows credentials for any information about the username and password for the network credentials? If not yet, follow the steps below to access Windows Credentials
manager.

• Press the Windows icon on the desktop.
• Type in Windows Credentials.
