Windows 10: how do i access Billing for Invoice Number <Removed>, glad to pay up but can't figure out how

I can not access my account, have tried everything i can think of. it is variously known as <Removed>*** Email address is removed for privacy ***, *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and ???I have tried all above with all of the phone numbers and passwords i can think of.I seem to be in a chicken or egg situation here. 2x on the phone for > 30min, it times out and drops. the phone tree app is not real smart btw.I assume that some one could look at the account directly and tell me what combination of account / credentials will work. i could log in and pay the bill.Help please

However I think you should read through this:

Tax invoices, breakdowns, and registration numbers for Microsoft Store - Microsoft Support

NB: they use VAT, not GST; although similar.

If your region requires tax breakdowns, registration numbers, and invoices or purchase receipts, you'll find them in your Order history.

Sign in to Order history with your Microsoft account. If you have more than one Microsoft account, be sure to sign in to the one used for the order in question.

1. Find the order in the list and select Order detail. If you don't see your order, select a different time period in the Ordered within dropdown list.
   
2. Select Tax invoice.
   

Note: You will only see VAT invoices in countries/regions where the VAT is applied to purchases.

 

did m'soft not want to pay AT&T the fee to allow apps to be charged to the phone bill?

When Mango update came out the ability to charge apps to the AT&T bill disappeared why did this happen, did not M'Soft not want to pay the fee to AT&T to allow this?
