    How do I access my windows 10 computer because I changed my p/w and didn't write it down?


    How do I access my Windows 10 computer after changing my p/w and not documenting it ? Have not used computer since changing p/w. I have followed all of the tips and methods offered on the 'net, but to no avail without p/w. I can access BIOS, but safe mode not on offer. Going into advanced allows selection of safe mode and cmd, but when selected it wants p/w. Tried all F keys on startup. Tried booting from another CD but same result. Tried orphcrack but no tables displayed and screen displayed error occurred. Yes I am in trouble. Any suggestions ?

    Sign in without p/w issue

    Did a clean install of Windows 10 and updated it to the version shown.
    Trying to eliminate the need for p/w at sign in, I ran netplwiz as I have always done.

    Top USER ACCOUNTS is from the Install I've been upgrading for a long time
    Bottom USER ACCOUNTS is from today's clean install on another machine

    There is no:
    "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer" to uncheck
    in the clean install
    I have never seen this before and can't by pass the sign in p/w step

    Any suggestions greatly appreciated

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

    PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.
