  1. How do I access the audio boost feature?

So basically, I have a Blue Snowball iCE, with the latest updates, connected over USB (3.0 iirc). When I open the mic level tab it doesn't show an audio boost slider. I've tried everything, nothing works. Help!

(and yes, the mic is on 100%)

GeForce GTX 680 Features Speed Boost, Arrives This Month, etc., etc.

Am I the only one who sees this as a featureless feature its the same thing as QnQ and Intel Speed Step only the clock go's up and down.

IMO its basically saying here's a 750 hp engine that's listed as 650 hp but has this awesome feature where you press the red button and it has 750 hp

  3. Audio Input

    Hi MJGAMER88,

This could be due to an incorrect audio setting or a compatibility issue with your streaming app. I'd like to get more information regarding this so we could further check and provide a more established workaround. Kindly answer the following:

    • Have you made any changes on your computer prior to the issue?
    • What is the make and model of your laptop?
    • What is the current build and version of your Windows 10?

In the meantime, here are the suggestions that you may try:

    • Install all the suggested Windows cumulative updates.
    • Download and install the latest audio driver from the manufacturer's website.
    • Check the MIC settings in your audio manager if MIC boost feature is turned on (depends on your sound card).
    • Try changing the MIC Boost level. Right click the Volume controller (Sound Icon) >
Recording Devices > right-click Microphone and click
Properties. Try turning down the Microphone Boost levels.
    • Fix sound problems.

    Update us with the results.

  4. How do I access the audio boost feature?

Can't boost microphone in Windows 10

Thanks for replying How do I access the audio boost feature? :)

I did all the steps listed, but as shown in the screenshot above there is no Microphone Boost slider to modify. And in the "Custom" tab the Microphone Boost box is check-marked so I have no idea why its not showing.
