    How do I access the parent account if I do not know who the parent account is?


    Everytime I try to download something it tells me I need permission. but I'm the only one in my family so I shouldn't need to give permission to myself. I have two email addresses with Microsoft, neither which seem to be the parent account. Yet the parent account is under my name. I just want to be able to download what I want to download without needing permission from essentially...myself.

    Blizzard sets a Parental Control over the WoW accounts

    The new feature was added yesterday to the WoW account managment. With parental control you can manage when the account will be accessible. In my opinion this feature was added because of the recent law problems of Blizzard.
    Here is what Blizzard says about it :

    Hi
    Anngelique,

    To better assist you with your concern, please follow troubleshooting steps on how to remove parental controls below:

    • Go to the Control Panel from the Windows Start menu.
    • Click User Accounts.
    • Click Parental Controls.
    • Click on your account photo.
    • Choose Parental control off.
    The steps provided works only if the user account has full access to the PC.

    Let us know if you have other concerns.

    How do I access the parent account if I do not know who the parent account is?

    Dont know parent account

    I have tried to use the storefront in Forza Horizon 3 and I cant due to parental controls. I have no clue what the parent email and password is. I have tried both of my Parents emails and non of them are the parent account.
