Windows 10: How do I access two separate networks from one win 10 pc?

Heads up: I am largely ignorant of network technicalities. I know how to install hardware I build my own PCs and how to access Windows setup, and I have lots of programming experience but not multi-user network programming. I have also set up the two separate simple local networks described below.So: I do NOT know the ins-and-outs of configuring network adapters or configuring Win 10 for networks EXCEPT I can set up the most basic sort of local network and file sharing using Win 10 settings.Situation:- I have access to a personal network and a separate company network in the same building.

Win 7 and Win 10 on network

I have home network with separate modem, router, and WAP's. My Windows 7 computer does NOT list the Windows 10 computers on network computer list but the Windows 10 computers network list DO list the Windows 7 computer.

Turned off firewalls, gave permissions, shared drives. Nothing allows Win 7 computer to access the Win 10 computers.

Any suggestions for a fix?

I understand that you are facing issues while accessing one PC from another PC over the network. For further clarity on the issue, please respond to the questions below.

1. Are the entire PC’s running Windows 10 1809 build version?
   
2. Have you tried accessing the PC using IP address of the PC?
   
3. Are the PC’s connected to domain network?
   

I certainly appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue by performing certain troubleshooting steps.



However, I would suggest you to refer the suggestions by

No access to Win 10 folders from networked Win 7 PC or Win 7 Laptop

I tried again using the method suggested but got an error message saying: The remote computer isn't responding to connections on port 445.
