Windows 10: How do i activate the Dolby Access subscription that came with my RIG-800pro HD headset?

Dolby Access only offered me a trial instead of "detecting" my headset. I paid for the software as well as the headset as part of my purchase. My trial has run out and it still won't activate by following the instructions of "connecting" my headset.

Dolby Atmos for Headphones

Hi, recently I have a problem I have my headsets is plantronic Rig 600 with dolby atmos technology, my PC is a Lenovo Cube C730, I have Dolby Access installed everything goes well, untill I update windows began to give a problem I cannot activate Dolby
atmos for headphones, and before of the update everything was fine, Can you help me with it? thank you

2. Which build version of Windows 10 are you using?
   
3. May I know, since when are you facing this issue?
   
4. Are you aware of any other changes made on the computer prior to this issue?
   
5. Have you tried installing the
   Dolby Access app from Microsoft Store and checked?
   
6. Did you perform any troubleshooting steps to troubleshoot this issue?
   

I’d suggest you to download the Dolby Access app from the Windows Store and check. The app will guide you to setup headphones.
