Windows 10: How do I activate the "paste image from clipboard" feature on my newer Windows 11 laptops?

Hi. On my older laptop, which uses Windows 10, I can simply paste images from the clipboard directly onto any website that asks me to upload a picture, without even needing to save them first.Take a look at this. I want to upload a screenshot here; I just paste it, and it gets uploaded. When I turn off my computer, the clipboard is cleared, so I don't waste too much memory and time deleting the images one by one.This is available for all websites, not solely for Microsoft answers. However, on newer Windows, the "clipboard" section is gone, resulting in me needing to manually save the picture f

Thank you, The first suggestion worked. The second did also provided I did not click in the Paint window first.

I'd spent some time trying to work it out for myself but was fooled by the clipboard window always closing prematurely. So thanks again.

Click your Start Button, then just type paint and form the resulting list open the Paint Application

In Paint, press Ctrl + V does that image paste form the clipboard?

If not, leave Paint open, press the Windows Key + V to open the clipboard

Click the Paint window, then click that image on the clipboard app, does that paste the image into Paint?

• Are you referring to the items recorded in the clipboard history?
  

Clipboard history does not integrate functions such as "Open", "Copy" or "Move".

If the clipboard history feature itself is working properly, clicking on an item in the clipboard history will directly select the corresponding clipboard item. At the same time, the clipboard history window will automatically close.

• You can use the "Paste" option in the right-click context menu or the Ctrl + V shortcut to paste the image or text in an application that can save images (such as Word).
  
• Alternatively, you can first open the corresponding application and then directly click on the corresponding item in the clipboard history.
  
  And you can manually pin items in your clipboard history.

In addition, it should be noted that once the "Clipboard History" function is turned off, all historical items will be cleared regardless of whether they are pinned or not.
