Windows 10: How do i activiate windows it should be still activated after i wiped my pc

i wiped my pc and it says activate windows

Meanwhile, we suggest that you run the Activation troubleshooter. To do this, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings.
  
• Select Update & security.
  
• On the left pane, choose Activation.
  
• Click Troubleshoot.

This is the page account.microsoft.com/activate AFTER I logged into one of my 3 non-production partitions and verified that it was activated, etc. I even did an upgrade to 21H2 using local media created by MCT. (took about 40 minutes) That partition is named SELENE, but you don't see it in the image above. APOLLO is the name of my production" Windows 10 partition. (Lenovo730 is the name of my wife's laptop.) Obviously I omitted a key step. But what?
