Windows 10: How do I add a user named David to my Windows 10?

I installed Windows 10 on my computer. It asked me to create an account from 3 options: email, phone and skype, I used the email account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** that is tied to my Microsoft account. This creates a default user named "Dave." I want a user named "David" with a home folder of the same name that will reference a hardcoded path in a shared application.But when I try to add a new user "David" I must provide an email address and am then told that *** Email address is removed for privacy *** already exists. How can I create a user named David that is tied to my Microsoft account email?

• Click Start , click Run , type regedit , and then click OK .
  
• Expand the following subkey:
  

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon

• Right-click Winlogon , point to New , and then click DWORD Value .
  
• To name the new entry, type GpNetworkStartTimeoutPolicyValue , and then press ENTER.
  
• Right-click GpNetworkStartTimeoutPolicyValue , and then click Modify .
  
• Under Base , click Decimal .
• In the Value data box, type 60 , and then click OK .
  
• Quit Registry Editor, and then restart the computer.
  
• If the Group Policy startup script does not run, increase the value of the GpNetworkStartTimeoutPolicyValue registry entry.

• Step 1: Go to “Start,” “Run,” and type regedit.
  
• Step 2: Navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
  
• Step 3: Find the Registry Key called AutoEndTasks and right-click then select Modify. Change the value to 1.

Are both the accounts are admin account?

I would suggest you to go through the below steps:

Steps: To determine the user account type:

• 
  Login to any account.
  
• 
  Press Windows key+X.
  
• 
  Click on Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on User accounts.
  
• 
  Your user account will show and below that it will show your local account or admin account.
  
• 
  Once you know about the account type.
  
• 
  You can go to user account and change the name.
  
• 
  Press Windows key+R.
  
• 
  Type netplwiz and press enter.
  
• 
  Select the account and click on properties.
  
• 
  Change the user name and click on apply and then ok and one more time click on ok on the main screen.
