Windows 10: How do I add Outlook as a sharing option in Microsoft Voice Recorder app - Windows 10

HI,


There are only 3 options for sharing a Voice Recording using Voice Recorder app in Windows 10.

- Mail

- OneNote

- Skype

I use Outlook, and would like to be able to share directly from Voice Recorder, rather than attaching the saved voice recording.


Does anyone know how to add Outlook as another sharing option?

Need Voice Recording App

Hi, guys, I need a voice recording app which can record clearly the voice of mine. So please anybody have any suggestion regarding it can please share it with me.

 

Microsoft Voice Recorder Windows 10 will not open

For some reason Microsoft Voice Recorder decided it will not open. The icon is still on the start menu, but nothing happens.

I looked to see if I can uninstall and reinstall but it is not listed with the apps.

Any suggestions?

Thank you for posting back.

I suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the app and check if the issue persists. To do so, follow these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key
  and type Windows Powershell in search box.
  
• 
  Right click on Windows Powershell
  and select Run as administrator.
  
• 
  Copy and paste the following command.
  

get-appxpackage *Microsoft.WindowsSoundRecorder * | remove-appxpackage

4. Re-install the Windows Voice Recorder app from Windows Store
