Windows 10: HOW DO I APPEAL MY LOCKED ACCOUNT WITHOUT DUMB ERROR MESSAGES

Microsoft keeps locking my account because I for some reason allegedly "violated terms of use and service" **** DO YOU MEAN I VIOLATED THE TERMS OF USE AND SERVICE WHEN I DONT EVEN USE THE ACCOUNT AT ALL. I just have the account to play multiplayer in Minecraft that's it and for some reason Microsoft keeps locking my account. This account I created just to merely rant here in Microsoft Community and fully expect Microsoft to lock this too for some reason. "Have you tried appealing it" YES I TRIED IT EVERYDAY FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH AND ALL IT SHOWED ME WAS "Verification method failed please try a

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Windows Update Error Message 0x80070543


Ya Ya Ya, there's over a hundred threads like this, ...

Anyway, started getting this error message a few days ago, and done a lot of searching on this error message, apparently it's not, uncommon.

In particular, the (currently) 4 updates that are being affected are:

• Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 (KB3173428) - Error 0x80070543
• Security Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 (KB3172729) - Error 0x80070543
• Security Update for Adobe Flash Player for Windows 10 Version 1511 (KB3174060) - Error 0x80070543
• Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 (KB3176493) - Error 0x80070543

The actions I've taken to date are:

1. Uninstalled firewall program (comodo)
2. Uninstalled anti-virus (Avast)
3. Reset the windows update catalog on local machine.

So the above errors are with the above done.

What other steps should I be taking to resolve the issue?
