Windows 10: How do I block recurring unwanted pop up ads

How do I block recurring, unwanted pop up ads. I have installed malwarebytes and ad block to no avail.

Pop-ups or pop-up ads are online advertisement that opens a new browser window when clicked or when the website was accessed. For now, the feature of blocking pop-ups or pop-up ads is available for browsers installed on PC's or desktops.

Unwanted ad keeps popping up in Windows 10

Have a new computer, Windows 10, love it but have an ad for Internet Auto Guide that keeps popping up. Have it listed to be blocked but still pops up. Why?
