Windows 10: How do i boot up my new ssd?

I recently got a 1tb ssd but whenever I turn on my pc a page that says msi click bios 5 comes up and I'm not sure how to get past it, I've also got a USB with windows I'd like to install but I'm guessing that comes after I get past this

New windows 10 installtion on New SSD - wont boot unless old SSD present

It seems you installed Windows while the both SSDs were connected. This would have caused your current problem. Maybe it is sufficient to do this:

1. Launch the Disk Manager.
2. Right-click drive C:, then mark it as "active".
3. Shut down Windows
4. Open the BIOS and tell it that the new SSD is the primary boot device.
5. Disconnect the old SSD.
6. Boot up normally.

If this does not work then you might have to do this:

1. Disconnect the old SSD.
2. Re-install Windows on the new SSD, using the Media Creation Tool.

 

Unable to boot new SSD "Inaccessible Boot Device" error with win10 in it.

Migrated os to new ssd and it won't boot properly

Have you changed bios settings to boot from the new ssd?

If yes try rebuilding boot record as listed in steps here :

It might be a good choice to check partition layout/format in your new ssd to be sure they are same as Hdd.

** If willing I would recommend a clean install over cloning as newer updates for windows cause a lot issues during cloning that makes it not worth the effort over a clean install.
