Windows 10: How do i call/e-mail/live chat microsoft support??

So i have been having troubles regarding 2FA. I had linked my microsoft account with first of all my number and second 'another e-mail' of mine which is no longer in use regarding it was linked with my old internet provider and my dad switched provider without any notification. So here I have the problem when I want to log in I get the password right, i get sent a code to my phone number and well i do that. And then it also says to verify my other e-mail linked to my microsoft account It is not the e-mail my account is registered on. To clear things up. I might have changed hte e-mail of my

to block the senders please follow these steps

open the message you want to block.

Add the sender to the blocked senders list.

In Windows Live Mail, choose Actions→Junk E-Mail→Add Sender to Blocked Senders List.

In Windows Mail, choose Message→Junk E-Mail→Add Sender to Blocked Senders List.

In Outlook Express, choose Message→Block Sender.

Click the Yes button or click OK.

How to access Microsoft live chat?

Hello,

I've been trying to access the Microsoft Live Chat for assistance regarding my PC but it does not pop up as a list of available support options. It was working fine when I used it yesterday but now it disappeared as an option? Is there a specific time frame
or something in order to access the live chat?

If they do, can someone please give me the information I need to contact them via live chat. I have purchased "Assure Support" for a weekly virus check up.

Also, what does Skype have to do with Microsoft?
