Windows 10: How do I cancel a lost MSN DOWNLOAD GAMES subscription?

How do I stop the MSN Download Games/San Francisco, CA monthly subscription cost from being posted to my credit card? I have already disputed this charge with the credit card company, and they've returned the funds to me for each month since January 2024, but the charge still shows up every month on the 29th of the month. It is now on my bill, posted 08/29. I tried to cancel this account back in November or December of 2023 but lost my ability to pull up the installer program which had all my account information.

Cancel subscription

I need to cancel a monthly subscription but I can't find it in my subscriptions. I have the order # and I am being charged monthly, how can I cancel this? We have logged in to the accounts and cannot find the subscription listed to cancel it.
