Windows 10: how do i cancel a subscription from driversupportbill.com

i have had a problem updating my browser for almost a year now...i have gone to different sites and somewhere was told my drivers needed to be up dated first and that sent me to driversupportbill.com...now i am getting charged $10.69 a month and no service is being provided...my browser is still not allowing me to get into many sites, it apparently is not updated and i can not get a response from this drivers support place....HELP
