Windows 10: How do I cancel a subscription that I do not know the username for?

I have a charge on my Amex connected to a Microsoft Ultimate account but I have no idea what it is for and how to cancel it. I have not been able to talk to a live person bc I do not have the account details so chat and phone has not been successful in actually reaching a person and not a robot...I am so beyond frustrated and I want the recurring billing to stop bc I have not used that account and dont know the username

• Click the contact support below and select the category of Other Product and Cancel my subscription
  
• Now you will get a new windows of Chat with a support agent in your web browser

Cancel subscription

I need to cancel a monthly subscription but I can't find it in my subscriptions. I have the order # and I am being charged monthly, how can I cancel this? We have logged in to the accounts and cannot find the subscription listed to cancel it.
