Windows 10: How do I cancel a subscription?

I need to cancel a subscription. I believe the subscription was purchased on an old account because it is not in my current account. The old account used my college email address which is now closed since graduating years ago. The charge has been recurring since June 2021. How can I cancel this subscription? Is there an email or phone number for customer support to get this cancelled?

I need to cancel a monthly subscription but I can't find it in my subscriptions. I have the order # and I am being charged monthly, how can I cancel this? We have logged in to the accounts and cannot find the subscription listed to cancel it.

Canceling a subscription

Why can I not reach ANYONE on ANY phone number listed? I’m being charged for a subscription that I’ve tried for 2 + years to cancel. I can never reach anyone and have no log in information to login to cancel said subscription. This is absolutely the worse system ever!
