I would like to cancel this service that was charged to my credit card on 9/12/19. My email is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. The capitol one acct is under Rudolph Salcido, 86406

 

I am trying to cancel an automatic renewal on Answer Desk Assure to no avail !!!

It looks like you have two problems, 1) trying to deal with MS and get this issue resolved and cancel the charge and 2) a not responsive and not very helpful credit card company.

The next best step is to cancel the credit card (you can surely get a new one). And no, it does not count against your credit score to cancel a credit card - only when the card company cancels you.

Or, you could always just conveniently "lose" the credit card.

This all won't do you any good with the current charge, but it will keep it from happening again next year.

If you have a monthly subscription, you can unsubscribe at
https://account.microsoft.com/services.

• Sign in with the email address you use to sign in to Groove.
• Go to the Services & subscriptions tab.
• In your subscriptions, select the Cancel button next to Groove Music Pass.
