    Somehow, everyone thinks Driver Support is a Microsoft product, it isn't and in fact the only place you should get drivers form is Windows 10 updates, or the support page for your PC, those are the best drivers and drivers are free, you should never pay for
    drivers

    Here is Driver Support's instructions to cancel your payments, I would also contact your bank and stop any further payments to them, to be sure it is stopped . . .

    Most people think Driver Support is affiliated to Microsoft, it is not, and in fact Microsoft advise people not to use a Driver Updater utility, they can cause serious harm to you Windows installation

    They (Driver Support) have a support page, linked below, go to the 'Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation' section to see their method to cancel your subscription

    Terms and Conditions | Driver Support

    If that does not work for you, cancel your payment with your bank and uninstall Driver Support from your PC . . .
