    How do I cancel reoccurring payments


    I don’t have an account with Microsoft that requires me to pay. But I have been getting charge 10$ every month for 3 month straight now. I don’t know why, but I need it stopped. Microsoft G043540252 msbill.info ON L5N8L9 CAN That’s what it shows on my credit card statement. Please help! I have canceled my card 3 consecutive times but nothing worked.

    One of the factor why you're having issues purchasing an app in Windows Store is due to payment method settings. See this article:
