Windows 10: How do I change how unread messages are differentiated from read messages?

The Previous version of Outlook I could adjust how unread messages are differentiated from read messages. I have bad eyes, I had it set so unread message were a different color and larger font so I could really see them. In the Mail app everything bleeds into each other. It is really hard to look at. I tried jut showing the unread massages, but they bleed together like one giant paragraph, there is no visual separation which is terrible for tired eyes and for those of us with bad eyesight. It is too difficult to look at. Is there any way to replicate what I did in Outlook in the Mail app?

unread messages not on top of the list

I have a nokia 6700 classic. Latest software update V07.06 20/05/09 RM-470



With my previous nokia phones the unread sms meassage were always shown at the top of the list. With the 6700 this is not the case, where or how can I change this setting.



This problem especially occurs with messages giving for example the numer of voice mails, these messages are somewere in the list. And the list beeing couple of hunderd messages long you have to scroll through the whole list to open the message in order
to mark it as read.

Read vs Unread messages

If you have a Gmail account connected to Windows Mail, does it only download unread messages? If I don't use Windows Mail for a few weeks, but read my messages on my phone, with the read messages download when I next use Windows Mail?

 

Unread Messages in Outlook

When I open my Office Outlook all of my messages show as already read. It only started this about a month ago. I have changed the settings numerous times just as the instructions say, but it just goes right back to showing all messages read. I want
my unread messages to show as unread until I read them. What else can I change?
