Windows 10: how do i change my keyboard to default settings

i have a school chrome book and when i press shift, 2 for the at sign symbol if gives me the Quotation mark symbol and i don't know how to reset it im not sure what kind of chrome book i have but this is all i know Version 114.0.5735.358 Official Build

The settings for choosing which keyboard is the default have changed quite a bit between W10 versions, but there has been one constant. If you add and remove keyboards, whatever is at the top of the list will be the default. So remove all keyboards except the one you want as default, then add the others back again.

> Move the keyboard layout you want to use to the top of the list by clicking on the Up arrow button.

> Restart your computer and the changes should take effect.

How do I change the default keyboard from handwriting to typing on Windows 10

Step 1: Turn off on screen keyboard

• Turn off the on screen keyboard.

Step 2: Turn off tablet mode

I suggest you to turn off tablet mode, as it may also be the cause for the issue.

• Open Start menu, type tablet mode settings in search bar and click on it.
