Windows 10: How do I change my verification email address I no longer have?

I've recently retired, my question is , how do I change my verification email address, because I no longer have it? My personal email is fine, but it wants to send a code to my old work email address for verifying its me!

My email account is active but i forgot my password i want it to change it.

And i have the two step verification on.

The problem is that i have no longer access to the email for the second verification.

How do I change the verification email address when accessing my Personal Vault please?

At the moment I have the option to have a security code sent to either my mobile phone number or an old, now obsolete email address? This email address is not the normal one associated with my Microsoft 365 account. Any security codes or notifications sent
to my old email address would not be received as the address no longer exists.

How can I update my details to my existing email address?

I need to swap my W10IP to a new email address.

The current email is my old TAFE email (they changed the system and gave us new addresses).
Emails sent to the old address no longer forward to me, so I can't get an ID Verification code from MS.

How can I move my W10IP to a new email address?
Can I use this tutorial to do this?
