Windows 10: How do I change or remove picture on start up screen?

    How do I change or remove picture on start up screen?


    When I open my PC, a wallpaper comes up and then I have to hit ENTER to bring up the password field. When I do that, a little round picture comes up and overlays on the wallpaper. How do I remove or change it?

    A picture popped up on my desktop. How do I remove it?

    SOLVED.

    • One goes to "SETTINGS/PERSONALIZATION/BACKGROUND"
    • In the middle of the screen, see the "BACKGROUND" field.
    • That "BACKGROUND" field offers four (4) choices: 1) PICTURE 2) SOLID COLOR 3) SLIDESHOW 4) BROWSE
    • One selects the option that one wants. I - selected the default "ROCK-IN-THE BLUE SEA" image (which was what I had had before the phantom image popped up)
    • Get back to nomal operations.
    END

    I'm an end-user. More detail please? Settings for what? The only picture options I can find in Personalization is the one that is the wallpaper after putting in my password, and the PC boots up.

    How do I change or remove picture on start up screen?

    Thank you. I figured out how to change the picture in the circle for my "account". However, I would never, ever sign in to MS for anything, so I would like to know how to remove the picture, if possible.
