    How do I change (Read Only) on Microsoft Word


    When I downloaded Windows 10 and used my Microsoft Word it was in (Read Only) and I tried looking up how to solve the problem including looking at properties on my document to uncheck read only, but it was already unchecked. I have tried all the steps suggested.

    Windows 10 install - changed all my Word files to "read only". I need administrator permission? I am the administrator.

    How do I remove the Read Only? The previous methods on XP, 7, and 8 do not work ! !

    how do I clear the read only restriction on all folders in documents and photos

    Following a windows 10 reinstallation using ISO image all folders and files in Documents are read only. Can't edit existing files and can't save new files to any docs folder. How do I get rid of this intolerable restriction that covers all folders and
