Windows 10: How do i change that to dark mode?

I have a HP laptop running on a genuine Windows 11, i have researched about my problem a lot, but i just couldnt seem to find the answer. I dont know if the feature is still not available yet but if it is I'd really appreciate some help. My problem is that when i turn on Dark Mode from settings> Personalization> Colors and chose dark from the dropdown option. Everything turns dark mode like its supposed to; no issues. But recently ive seen a friend of mine using a Probook of the same windows 11 not quite sure of the version but their Task Manager seem to have a dark mode, in regard to mi

What's the fascination with dark mode?

In Visual Studio 2019 the theme choices are:

• Blue
• Light
• Dark
• Blue (Extra Contrast)

I tried the Dark theme in Visual Studio. Your right about focusing on the text. That's not the problem. When in Dark mode the text is blurry to me so if I don't focus on it I will probably get a headache. I much prefer the Blue theme where reading the text is less stressful.

In Office 2019 the theme choices are:

• Colorful (default)
• Dark Gray
• Black
• White
• Use system setting

I find the default theme of Colorful best for me.
