    IT CURRENTLY SAYS CANADA AND CAN'T BE EDITTED. I NEED IT TO BE USA.

    It's a known issue right now that you cannot change your billing country. THere's two (not so pretty) options at this point:

    • Use an Xbox to remove your Zune/Xbox account from your current Windows Live ID and start with a new Zune/Xbox account in your new region. This will lose all Microsoft Points, previously purchased apps and Xbox data.
    • Use a new Windows Live ID.
    I have a feeling this will be corrected some time this year though, before Windows 8's release. If not, we are going to have a LOT of issues.

    I don't have Xbox and am looking for a solution. Microsoft Billing are directing me to this Forum and this Forum directs back to Billing - has anyone received a workable solution as to how to change the billing country. Microsoft tells me this is an uncommon
    issue and this is why the Forum should answer it and not their Billing Department. If you read this, please tell us all what you think about the company advice given to me and many others.
