    How do I change the default programs Windows 10 is using on my new desktop to open pictures?


    Hi Community,


    Thanks for helping. When I open a photo on my new Dell desktop with Windows 10, it defaults to Photo program or Paint. I want it to default to use Picaso, which is a program on my computer that I use for all my photos.


    My old Dell desktop always defaulted to Picaso, so I would appreciate your support.
