Windows 10: How do I change the default system font. It seems to be stuck on a tiny scale font.

I have been having a problem with very tiny fonts for a long time and I cannot figure out how to solve the problem.I tried to attach an image showing you what I'm talking about. I can't tell that it worked so I posted the image here:https://ineedsome.info/small-fonts.pngPlease view that image at 100% scale.The small fonts in that image cannot seem to be changed by changing the system font sizes. That only seems to effect the window title and the menu line. The small fonts seem to be a default font that is shared among other programs and I cannot figure out how to fix it. Changing System Font

Any suggestions on changing the system font? Using Windows 11. No matter how I attempt to change the system font, my operating system will not change. I have followed the procedures listed for changing the registry as well as going to the system settings and continuing with personalization.
