    How do I change the direction of the camera on an HP Envy with Windows 11? All I can do is...


    All I can do is the selfie direction. My computer is the HP Envy x360 2-in-1 14t-fc000 and it has the HP 5MP Camera. I'm super frustrated because I feel like this should be really easy and self explanatory. I have gone into settings and there is nothing about camera direction. There is no icon on the screen the way there is on a cell phone or previous computers. Nothing happens when I click on the camera icon - no three dots, nothing. And I can't find any kind of tutorial or explanation anywhere that seems to apply to my camera. I really hope the answer is not that the camera can only f

    I use zoom a lot and just got a new HP Envy laptop. My camera does not work. Any suggestions???I have tried everything on windows 11 re: permissions, updates, etc....nothing.!!

    HP Envy Laptop Battery not charging after Windows 10 installation

    Hi,

    Thank you for posting on Microsoft Communities.

    I suggest you to un-install and re-install battery drivers from Device manager and check. Follow the steps:

    • Press Windows Key + X.
    • Click on Device Manager.
    • Expand Batteries and right click on Batteries ACPI and click on Un-install.
    • Restart the computer and check.

    If the issue persist, I suggest you to visit HP Envy website and check whether HP has released any firmware updates for Windows 10. If so, please go ahead and install them and check with the issue.
