Windows 10: How do I change the direction of which my desktop arrange in?

I changed my system language to English Left to right from Hebrew Right to left and it flipped horizontally my whole desktop icons and the taskbar too.now how do I get them to go back to the "Right to Left" orientation without changing my language?I changed to English because in Hebrew the search bar doesn't work well and a lot of features work best with the English system

• Right-click on your desktop > Click View.

Note: If you want to manually arrange your desktop icons uncheck Auto arrange icons
then drag your icons depending on where you want to place them on your desktop. If you want your icons to be aligned to the grid, check
Align icons to grid.
