Windows 10: How do I change the email associated and listed under the Your Info page of Windows Settings

My Windows local user login somehow got associated to an email account that is my son's so Windows thinks that a child is logged into Windows. I have had this computer since 2011 and have been logging into the local user Jonathan for it's entire existence, but right after I created an email account for my son so he could play Minecraft, Windows associated this local Jonathan user with HIS email address. I just want to change the email address, circled in the screenshot below. I don't want/need an email address associated to my Windows login whatsoever. Thank you for any help.

how to change email account listed as administrator on Settings/Accounts/Your Info page

I want to change the email account listed on the Your Info page. I need to delete this account due to spam email.

I do not know how/why this email account is shown. I want to change the account to the main email account for Microsoft, OR to look like this page on another laptop that I have, which shows:

username

local account

Administrator

How do I set up the "Your Info" page with this information?
