Windows 10: How do I change the font color on desktop? It's hard to read.

I have changed the icons and background color on desktop but I still have a hard time reading the writing below the icons. How can I change the font colors and make them bold?

Umm this does not change the desktop Icon font, this only changes the Window pane color.

I have a white background photo, and my desktop icon font color is also white, hence making them impossible to read.

If you're having trouble reading the desktop icons font, you can resize it or even change the color that will suit your visual preference. However, changing the font style can be possible if you will a Windows theme. Follow the steps below on how to resize
the font, change color and select a theme:

• Go to Settings.

• Select High contrast settings then choose a theme and set each parameters to suit your needs.
