Windows 10: How do I change the microsoft store to allow any type of sign in?

Hello, my microsoft store only allows for me to sign into microsoft store with a business or school account only. When I press sign in, it tells me:" You can't sign in here with a personal account. Use your work or school account instead." How do I fix this?

There's a possibility that you are currently signed in on your computer using your local account. For us to sort this out, we suggest that you sign in with your Microsoft account instead. Follow these steps:
