Windows 10: How do I change the normal orientation?

Prior to a recent Windows 10 update I was able to change the normal orientation of a photo by opening it in photos, rotating it 360 degrees and saving it. Now when I do this I don’t have the option to save.

Hi,

There's an option on Windows 10 to switch between landscape and portrait orientation. We recommend following these steps on how to switch the screen orientation from portrait to landscape:

• On Cortana search, type display settings.
• Choose Display settings from the list.
• Under Orientation, select on Landscape and click
  Apply.

There are shortcut keys that can be used to rotate your desktop view. One of those is
CTRL + ALT + Up arrow key. To set the desktop to its normal view, please follow the steps below:

• Right click on your desktop and select Display
  settings.
• Highlight the screen you want to change (if you have multiple monitors) and change
  Orientation between Landscape and Portrait.
• To flip the screen, select Landscape (flipped) or
  Portrait (flipped).
