Windows 10: How do I change the right-click on Windows 10 touchpad laptop no left-click / right-click /...

I have a Windows 10 HP laptop which only has a touchpad, and no right - click, middle - click or left-click keys. For a right - click to register, I have to press the lower-right part of the touchpad or tap the touchpad with 2 fingers.I find both of these inconvenient for multiple consecutive right clicks. Is there any way to change this configuration so that a click anywhere on the right side of the touchpad not necessarily the lower-right corner registers as a right - click?

Touchpad Left- and Right-Click Not Working

After installing Windows 10 in a Toshiba laptop which had been running Windows 8.1, there is a cursor but the left- and right-click functions of the synaptic touchpad do not work. I have searched through the hardware and accessibility settings and all
appear correct. I have looked at uninstalling/reinstalling the touchpad driver in accessibility settings, but it is greyed out. Any suggestions on fixing this issue?

Please answer the following question:

Did you log in to the system using a standard user account or an administrator user account?

In order to make changes in Device Manager you MUST be logged on as an administrator.

After logging in to the administrator Account, I would suggest you first try updating the driver.

Follow the steps to update the Touchpad drivers:

• 
  Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.
  
• 
  Find the relevant Touchpad driver and right click on it.
  
• 
  Select Properties and then go to the Driver Tab. Click Update.
  
• 
  Restart the computer and check.
  

If this doesn't solve your problem, you have to uninstall and then reinstall your driver in compatibility mode.

• 
  Press Windows key + X key and click Device Manager.
  
• 
  Find the relevant Touchpad driver and right click on it.
  
• 
  Select Properties and then go to the Driver Tab. Click Uninstall.
  
• 
  Restart the computer and check.
  

Now go to your manufacturer's website and re install the driver in compatibility mode.

Left handed mouse and Right handed touchpad

Hi

I have a dell laptop with Windows 10.

I use my mouse left handed and my touchpad right handed.

In previous versions of Windows I could set the mouse and touchpad individually, in Windows 10 I don't seem to be able to.

How do I set a mouse Left handed and Touchpad right handed?
