Windows 10: How do I change the shipping address on an item I purchased before it ships out

I placed an order for a windows install drive and I’ve incorrectly put in my address and before I realised I had already completed the order and I can’t figure out how to change the shipping address or who I’m supposed to get in contact with to resolve my issue

Changing Shipping Address for Pending order

Hello my dear,

I submitted an order of branch plaque for competency partner, and by mistake I keep the shipping address of our Headquarter, however, supposed to create a new shipping address for our branch location. The order still in progress status and I want to change
the shipping address to deliver the shipment to the branch, could you please help in this before I receive it in our HQ?

Why doesn't Microsoft ship to APO addresses?

What good reason could their be? They have no problem shipping any of their products to an intermediary that ships to APO addresses.

Every complaint I’ve made to customer service representatives over the last 6 years hasn’t affected any change. I certainly dont expect it to change now.

 

Microsoft store rejecting shipping address

Hi all,

I've been trying to purchase the Surface Book 2 on the Microsoft store. The problem is, I'm from Australia, and the shipping address I'm providing to Microsoft keeps being rejected; it tells me the address is invalid. I live there and can confirm that it
is not invalid. I've called the support line and the woman on the other end promised to give me a result within 12 hours. 48 hours later and I've heard nothing. I've tried creating it as a new address in my microsoft account, but the address is rejected there
too. I've also tried changing my region at the bottom of the microsoft page, under the change language pane, but there is no option for Australia there. Is there ANY solution to my problem? I am becoming increasingly p***ed off and running out of ideas to
combat the problem.

EDIT: SOLVED-- called customer service, and got someone useful. Shipped within the time period expected.
